Journalling to help work through your worries

Once a month I run a guided journalling session. We usually reflect back on the past month and look forward to what the new month will bring.

Well this month was different. We have been looking at how are worries need to be acknowledged, understood and worked through and so these questions relate to that.

You will need half an hour to yourself, to quietly write and work through the questions below.
